Steam Powered Giraffe #1 – Page 14
Trivia: In addition to portraits of a vleed, a man with a really long neck, and a three-eyed cat, this room also has a portrait of the one-tusked walrus from Captain Albert Alexander and of Jeffrey The Green Emu from our busking days. He could scream in over seven different languages!
Can’t wait to see what the deal is with them apples 🙂 Also, love the hidden walrus reference
oooh, an ominous shadow, wonder who that could be…
I was just about to comment on the walrus but I see Katie beat me to it! I do love the angle you drew Norman from in the second panel, though. Great work Bunny! 😀
eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee… *a soft, enthusiastic squee beings to build as the fandom sees the silhouette on the stair*
Haha, I love Lorene’s face in the third panel, I’m so excited for (what I think is) the next page, though!
I’m so excited for the next page!
That shadow… could it be?! 😀 *thinks back to the old comic*
The humor is starting to come out and I’m really enjoying the last few strips!
Rabbit! I see Rabbit!
Ah, I remember spotting the walrus when these old pages were up, but I hadn’t been familiar with Jeffrey…very neat to hear about him, I had been curious. 😀 I think the three-eyed cat is my favorite portrait here (but, yanno, cat-bias XD).
Also, the new page with Buster adds a lot, so we can already start to compare and contrast the views of the Beciles vs. the Walters. Locked doors with the key in THEIR hands vs. “not believing in doors” while being prepared for the unknown. Very neat. :3
Where did the Boogeyray go? Or does it scan for Boogeys and put itself away after its mention brings it out?
Ominous shadowwwww…..
(Thinks:) Robutts soon! Robutts soon! EEEEEEEEEEE! (runs around in ever-decreasing circles at ever-increasing speed] ROBUTTS!
IDEC which one it is. Robutts!
It must be important. You said it in bold text. Oh, you never fail to make me laugh XD
Ah yeah! Boogeyray! Bunny, you are the greatest 🙂
Is the boogeyray sound activated? You say ‘Boogeyman’ and it comes down from the ceiling.
I like that Mr. Walter doesn’t believe in doors, and doors are precisely the thing the Beciles seem so invested in. Coooool.
Captain Albert Alexander may still be my favorite from you guys!
Is that Emu portrait in reference to the Bunny Intro video on YouTube? Is there something about emus that I’m not getting?? WHAT’S WITH THE EMUS!?!?
